I found myself discussing the topic of outcomes and outputs with several clients this week - regarding both objectives and roadmaps (whereby outcomes > outputs > tasks). So a nice coincidence to see this (slightly long) article on managing with outcomes and how to use decision trees to achieve this.

⌨️ If it ain’t code, don’t fix it

It’s been interesting to watch (in slow motion) React take over Angular as the Javascript framework of choice. So not a surprise to hear that Ionic, originally Angular-based, has just released a React version.
