👭 People

Managers need to show awareness when providing feedback. A first step is to make criticism constructive, but how to do that? Satabdi Mukherjee details 7 methods, each with concrete examples.

Constructive criticism is feedback offered with the intention of improvement, thus includes specific suggestions for positive change.

Martin Eriksson with a short review of the last decade. What worked well, what could have gone better, and what should ‘Product’ do differently. Add inclusion and diversity to the list.

While a lot has changed for the better we still have a lot of work to do to continue proving the value of product thinking, embracing systems thinking and ethical product development, and helping each other build products (and services) people love.
