Hi there,
I hope you’re well!
Here are this week’s 4 tips on People, Product, Process and Tech:
👭 People
Anne-Laure Le Cunff explains how our actions are often guided by our values - including the different types of values and how you can discover and share your own. Well worth a read.
🥫 Product
Data-focused products are everywhere… Our phones are loaded with dashboard-like apps providing us KPIs, charts and data about ourselves.
Kristen Berman explains how most of these apps face the same user response: so what? Indeed, what should users do to affect these numbers, to achieve their goals? A great question to ask your team if they are building such a product.
🔄 Process
Ben Stewart came up with a very simple and great formula to remind himself of his role as a manager: 25% of being the boss, 50% of being a peer and 25% of working for his team.
Very well put, and a great way to express one’s personal management style. How would you describe yours?
⌨️ Tech
A neat video explaining 7 different database paradigms:
Until next time, have a great week!
